Please join us for the 3rd annual NHPRC Electronic Records Research

indeed fortunate to have Professor Seamus Ross Director of the Humanities

followed by presentations from the 2005-2006 NHPRC Fellows: Carol E. B.

Practices for College and University Electronic Records Management
Programs." Jill Katte of Duke University and David Mitchell from Wyeth
Vaccines will discuss their work on "Content Management Systems: Who Makes
the Rules?" Catherine Arnott Smith, of the University of Wisconsin, Madison,
and Nancy McCall from the Medical Archives at Johns Hopkins University with
speak to the development of "The HIPAA-Aware EAD Finding Aid." Dr. Paul
Conway from the University of Michigan will provide a commentary on these
projects. In the last section of the program the 2006-2007 Fellows will
present their plans for their projects during the upcoming year.

Please register at http://sils.unc.edu/news/nhprc/ so that we know how much
break food to order. SILS students in attendance will be treated to a
B-B-Que lunch where they can discuss archival issues with the Fellows and
the project's Advisory Board that includes: Bruce Bruemmer, Cargill Corp
