Does anyone have visuals or models they use to depict anything regarding
users required management of information/records?
What I am looking for is a way to communicate things that employees need
to know (Storage Levels, Retention Periods, Confidential labeling,
managing specific record types - paper, voice mail, electronic etc. -
Departmental Resource Mailboxes, Remote access requirements) anything
that help-s communicate various requirements , preferably through a
Model or picture.

I was thinking that if anyone has any image for depicting use of one
area I can expand it.
