I am a post-graduate International Student at LUCAS currently evaluating
ISO 15489

for my dissertation and possible adoption at my University in Botswana.
I would like to hear

from Universities (Records Managers ) that have adopted ISO 15489  on: 

1.  ISO 15489 appropriateness to a University;  

2. Their experiences and problems  encountered in developing  and
implementing the Standard.
