I would go a bit further. If your business or organization is subject to the
new Federal discovery rules, you may want to have Legal explain the
requirements to IT and perhaps even have Legal run a few discovery "fire
drills" to see how your IT department does in response to the new
requirements. It never hurts to be prepared for discovery requests.
