William Benedon, CRM, FAI, of Benedon & Associates, produced a CD "Records
and Information Management (RIM) - An Overview" that I believe is still
available at the ARMA bookstore.

Has a really good section on evaluating the pros and cons of internal
records centers vs commercial records center.
