Introduction:
I am Teresa Werner, currently a contract consultant to the Truckee
Meadows Water Authority in Reno, Nevada.

Questions for the list:
1.  I am looking for examples of local government agencies who have a
SUCCESSFUL Records Management Program WITHOUT a Records Administrator
(or central overseer).  Are there any out there?

2.  If you are a local government agency with an UNSUCCESSFUL
decentralized program, what are/have been your ongoing challenges (be as
specific as possible please)?


Any/all lessons learned stories are welcome.
