I vaguely remember reading about a school in the UK that offered a distance learning/online degree in the records management subject area. I don't recall the school but a quick googling turned up this: http://northumbria.ac.uk/?view=CourseDetail&code=DTDRCM6 Looking at that page I'm not sure that is the same school/program that I was thinking of (the page looks different and some of the details are not as I remember).
