Kelly, it depends on who is trying to sell you what system.  I am
serious.

A record is any information recorded upon any media.   Period.  End of
story.  

Some call it content; some may call it a document; some call it
unstructured data; some call it Ray; some call it Jay.

We have a monthly newsletter for the Safeway population, and in it, we
were 
talking about Enterprise Content Management...but then we started using
the 
word 'information' interchangeably with the word 'content'.  It got me
to 
thinking if they are the same thing.
