He folks... I am with those who are questioning the design.  It is great 
that "controls" are in place to notify admin when a breach occurs to 
those "high-profile" accounts, but what about designing security to lock-
down those accounts deemed double-top-secret-worthy.  Maybe restricting 
access or establishing a process in which cleared associates are required 
to access said accounts.

Am I making this too obvious?
