This eagerness to embrace e-Medical Records is fine, but unless and
until adequate privacy protections are placed on the collections (Larry
Medina has spoken early and often about this), NO individual should
embrace the e-Records.  

Remember what has happened with our credit information?  How many of us
are now subject to misuse of that information?  How many of us have
encountered identity theft problems?  Considering the sensitivity of our
PERSONAL medical records..... Is that what we wish to see happen with
them?
