Good Morning,

This topic is so very timely!

Does any have a good litigation hold/preservation notice procedure that
they would be willing to share?  We are in the process of developing a
formal process that we will include in our site Records Management
Manual.  Our current process is lacking in formality, so whatever you
might be willing to share would be greatly appreciated.
