As part of a quantitative research class assignment, we had to come up 
with a hypothesis and create a set of questions we would use to test that 
hypothesis.  Given the short time period for this class, the professor 
said we could then generate a set of "made up" or "fake" answers to 
generate the data we would then perform statistical analysis on.

However, I decided I don't want to use fake data.  I would rather use real 
live data from real live people.  I'm not a math person, so I think I'll 
find it easier, more interesting and more useful in my PhD coursework if I 
collect real answers and analyse real data.

So I've created a quick 9 question survey, that I hope folks would be so 
kind as to take the time to answer.
