I thought Vendors were requested to make contact and comments off list.
As a vendor who ALSO offers records management software, I would at very
least pony up some personal responsibility for plugging my products, rather than
the pseudo-anonymous contact information provided by the vendors below. And
I DO think that promotion for the sake of promotion shows bad form - the
exception would be when I have something to offer that specifically addresses a
concern or problem that has been posed in a post by a listserv member -
everyone benefits that way.
