retention schedules that can be created as a .pdf document and placed on a

Is anyone using a "off the shelf" database to manage and display via the
web, their institution's retention schedule.  My search of the list
archives came up empty.

 

I am speaking only of a management and display tool-not a Skupsky or
Zasio type software that assists with the legal research.
