With a long weekend coming up Diana's out of office message serves as a
wonderful segue into reminding folks that if you are going to be out for an
extended period of time and your organization requires that you use an out
of office notification then you SHOULD set your listserv subscription to
nomail status. If you don't know how to do that then feel free to search
through the listserv archives
List archives at http://lists.ufl.edu/archives/recmgmt-l.html

for messages with ADMIN in the subject line. then look for the ones that
contain listserv instructions.

Be sure to set you listserv subscription well before you set your out of
office message
