The City of Bellevue is expanding its Records and Information Management program and implementing an enterprise ECM system to facilitate stronger information management and sharing as well as smarter business processes. We are seeking to fill two positions on the City's information management team -- Public Records Manager and ECM Business Systems Manager. Both positions will report directly to the Assistant City Manager, both positions will work collaboratively together as well as with our business partners in other departments.
The City of Bellevue seeks a highly qualified professional to provide comprehensive management of the Citywide records and information management program. The Public Records Manager will manage the City's central records staff and provide leadership for other records staff across the organization. Key elements of this position include:
*

establishing/maintaining records standards, policies and procedures;
*       ensuring a uniform city-wide approach to records retention (including paper and electronic records);
*       strategic planning and direction setting;
*       consulting with departments on technical records solutions;
*       managing legal compliance; and
*       collaborating with the ECM Project Business Manager to establish the business/information classification scheme for the enterprise Electronic Content Management System currently being implemented at the City.

Minimum Salary: $6,478
Maximum Salary: $8,940

The City of Bellevue seeks a highly qualified professional to implement and manage ongoing implementation and operations of the enterprise-wide Electronic Content Management System (ECM) and related applications. Ensures that strategic objectives and functional requirements are met during acquisition and implementation of phased applications of the ECM. Facilitates change management and business process improvement initiatives throughout all City departments for successful implementation of the new systems and associated processes and policies. Manages staff work and daily activities related to implementation of system components, integration with other key enterprise systems, and ongoing system operation from the business/user perspective. Manages budget, expenses, and vendor contracts.
