Folks,
Anyone out there (especially academic land) doing records management 
under People Soft packages for student services or financial services?  
Would like to talk to you if available.

Can anyone direct me to or give me a citation for the IRS rule about 
migrating financial systems from legacy systems to new technology.  I've 
had that thrown at me for years and suddenly it has become relevant 
unless it has been dropped or modified.
