who said anything about copying and pasting. this is the type of attitude
that a small percentage of FOI requesters have. they assume that the
government is up to no-good. this goes back to my question is it the content
you want or the format?

unfortunately I didn't perceive that you had asked for the email in its
native format. you said that it existed only electronically and that you
were offered a paper printout. The best thing is to ask up front for what
you want. don't assume you will get it in the format you want.
