Please excuse semi-cross-postings. A similar post was sent to the Archives & Archivists Listserv. This one is targeted to records managers.

Hi all,

I am looking for anyone who has experience using Eloquent Systems products (http://www.eloquent-systems.com/), particularly either their Knowledge Management package or Cultural Heritage package. I am looking for some general feedback from actual clients, particularly those in a corporate or private setting, and am curious if the Records Management application meets all your needs. It appears there are a lack of corporate clients that use this product, and I am curious why that is the case, and why most of the clients are government or academic, and therefore more public, in nature.

I am also interested in those who have evaluated these products, but decided not to go with them.

Please contact me via e-mail offline.

Thanks,

Ryan K. Lee
