I previously worked for an organization where we were preparing to sell
an older manufacturing site and so we were making repairs to the
building. The roofers were trying to get into an attic area where
access had been literally walled off when the ceiling to the new
cafeteria had been raised and installed. The facilities manager finally
just gave up and bashed a hole in the drywall where the old access
tunnel to the attic used to be and, after a few moments, had to call me.
He told me to bring my camera and a shred truck.

Carefully walled up inside the attic were about 280 boxes of records
more than 25 years old, but in amazingly good condition.
