We have a retention review committee made up of members from Law,
Regulatory, Audits, Tax, and IT Security to review and approve additions
and changes made to our retention schedules.

We have also recently established a Information Governance Board, made  up
of senior executives led by our Operations Support VP, our CIO and General
Counsel to address information issues across the enterprise (such as new
rules for eDsicovery or privacy protection).
