well see that's where folks go all wonky and jump to conclusions. If I had
the case book at hand (unfortunately it is boxed up and in a PODS) I would
provide the reasoning as to why the court declared the pipe to be a record.
You have to look at why the pipe was presented as evidence. Just because it
is a pipe does not make it a record.
