Hmmm...this is very interesting. Having performed a great deal of e-discovery, I have to say that sure any moron can do it. BUT really good legal staff (attorneys and paralegals) and records managers are the ones that sift through the findings to ensure that the discovery conditions are met and to ensure that anything that is attorney client privilege is not produced. Not to mention writing the queries that are used to perform e-discovery to begin with.
