I totally agree and understand if there's an agreement with ISO but it's
not really a copyright infringement/violation.

I am not a lawyer but if it's a hardcopy that is being shared, I think
the
first sale doctrine applies and it's within permissibility, even though
I
believe it violates the letter of the ISO licensing agreement. (in other
words, I don't think any "licensing" agreements for physical items have
held
up when challenged). The issue in sharing the electronic version is that
there is no guarantee that the shared copy would only e.g. be accessed
by
you and not by me. So even if there is no benefit involved it's still
infringement if two people are accessing the same file.
