Good afternoon List!

I am seeking input from the listserv regarding the design of records
management architecture within other large organizations.

Do other large companies use a central/single records management
rules source or are multiple sources used and/or are the rules
replicated across different applications?

Follow-up Question: Do other companies:

1. rely on their rec mgt rules source to manage the deletions or

2. pass a deletion file to other apps indicating what can be deleted or

3. let each application interpret the rules?
