you should still search the listserv archives as there are many stories out
there that illustrate what happens when one's RM program is out of
compliance, just not very many if any from the Middle East. One that is
related to the O&G industry is the recent PG&E case. The CPUC report (I
posted the link last week) is a good example of what happens when one's RM
program is not up too  snuff. here is a link to that post
