Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the development,
implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Records Management
Program; implements the Records Classification System, sets up and
maintains corporate-wide records retention function. Develops and manages
Electronic Records retention program. Keeps current on mandates records
retention requirements, works with outside providers to develop and/or
update records retention program, and implements changes and improvements.
Maintains records in a cost effective manner, retrieves documents as
needed, and completes document destruction according to pre-arranged
schedules.
