RECMGMT-L Digest - 12 Oct 2012 to 13 Oct 2012 (#2012-275)

My company developed an in-house application for processing records
destruction requests. This web based system allowed anyone in the company
to request destruction of records, checked for retention compliance, hold
order compliance, and then sent an email to the Records Administrator to
approve destruction. The system is now on its last legs and we are
considering recreating it or finding a vendor that already has something
like this.

I have attempted to google software vendors and found nothing. Maybe I am
using incorrect terminology.

I was wondering if anyone on the List Serve is aware of any out of the box
software that might be available and would provide legally supportable
destruction workflow?

Thanks for your consideration.
