Hi Glen, I think your representation is what I usually envision. As it was noted, Records Coordinator has a different definition in some organizations (similar to a Records Liaison sometimes). The level of a Records Analyst can also vary some, especially if they have significant technical responsibilities (this is very obvious when running industry-wide salary comps). There are also varying levels for the positions you listed (SR, Asst., etc.).
You listed IG Director. If you are factoring IG into the list, I have seen several staff positions posted (especially in the legal sector) that had IG in their title. Not meaning to start up the IG/RIM discussion again, but the application of "IG" to positions within an organizational chart is certainly going to vary from organization to organization.
