A former PG&E employee due to testify about stonewalling and document
destruction linked to the company's gas pipeline system has also held
private conversations with Carmel officials who fear the utility's record
keeping remains so flawed that explosions such as those that happened in
San Bruno and Carmel could recur, Carmel officials said in a statement
Monday.
