Steve,

A word of caution.  When picking an outside law firm to review schedule work be sure they have some familiarity with your line of business and that the level of research staff is high enough.  At a former position our GC asked for the same type of review, went to a firm we'd done business with before and because of a lack of knowing our business and regulations, etc. we used, as well as, using paralegals the effort was of little value and actually slowed the process of release.
