So let's say you have a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with another
entity. From the MSA specific Statements of Work (SOW's) are written for
the entity to do specific projects. Each SOW is it's own agreement with
its own termination date. You have a record series and retention (X) for
contracts/agreements.
Question: Do you apply your retention (X) individually to each SOW based
on its termination date? Or do you keep all SOW's with the MSA and base
all on the MSA's termination date?
In my opinion, it's the latter.
Your thoughts?
Thanks,
