Judith Flournoy serves as Kelley Drye & Warren¡¦s CIO. A proven, experienced and veteran IT executive, Judi is uniquely qualified and experienced in strategic planning, development and organizational leadership. With more than two decades of law firm IT and operations experience working for AmLaw 250 firms, Judi offers particular expertise in designing IT strategies that align with business priorities and support expense reduction. Named to the National Law Journal¡¦s inaugural list of ¡§50 Business of Law Trailblazers & Pioneers,¡¨ Judi also received the ¡§IT Director of the Year¡¨ award from Law Technology News and was recognized as one of the ¡§Global Top 100 CIOs¡¨ by City Tech magazine.

Judi is appreciated and valued for being consistent, as well as for her ability to articulate a vision in which professionals at all levels can understand and participate. A patient listener and astute observer, Judi continuously educates herself on what the firm needs and what the legal and other industries are doing in terms of technology, constantly reviewing and analyzing what will actually make sense for the firm¡¦s long- and short-term IT goals. By applying potential future technological options to the firm¡¦s present needs, while at the same time respecting the past history and culture of the firm, her objective is to ensure the firm remains a vibrant, productive, flexible organization both today and into the future.

Sarat Muddu serves as Kelley Drye's Manager of Systems Security. An established security professional with a strong technical background and a record of defining security programs. Experienced in both offensive and defensive security roles spread across a number of verticals including Legal, Healthcare, and Higher ED.
