Hello group,

Is anybody willing to share policies and/or procedures for handling/transferring/archiving employee email at termination, especially in a higher education context? I've found some examples online, but they tend to be short on specifics (unless I'm missing something obvious, which is entirely possible). I'm trying to write something for a new records management policy and for an HR termination checklist. Thanks in advance.
