Online and physical scavenger hunts are always a fun thing to do. Create an online form, make it so it's partially online research and get out of your cube research. Those that complete the form by a stated date enter in for a drawing for a prize. If you have an onsite cafe' work with the food services staff to come up with fun names for menu items and punch cards to turn in for prize drawings. Lunch & Learns with variety of topics; use buzz words as bingo or punch cards for prizes Tour de Records: if there's an onsite records center or even work with your storage vendor to partner in a tour of processes and meet the staff with light snacks or prizes Partner with Legal and Privacy to educate on discovery and privacy practice tours, lunch-n-learns, etc. Display items from your archives Just a few things I've been a part of in the past.
