As a repeat attendee of the MER Conference, ARMA Conference, and 
several other events, I would like to stress the value that MER brings to the 
decision makers, influencers, and early adopters as Seth points out.  This 
is, by far, the best value to see what is now and what is next and to 
connect with those experiencing similar issues.  Beyond that, you have the 
immediate opportunity to network and develop action plans for the next 
steps, not only when you return home, but now!

Sessions are key learning opportunities, but again, as Seth points out, the 
intentional collaboration and networking time is the most valuable piece of 
the puzzle.  And similar to the ARMA Conference, there is a great mix of
