I highly recommend National Records Center (NRC). We migrated or records storage from our previous vendor because of poor customer service, high cost and unusual charges. With NRC we have experienced great customer service, they are timely in their responses, easy to work with and have fair pricing. If you have special needs or concerns they will bend over backwards to accommodate your request. We use them for all of our storage needs across the US, utilizing their affiliate vendor service. I checked and they do have service coverage in Rockville, MD. NRC can be reached at 877-672-6584.
