Good morning,
Is anyone familiar with online personal assistant tools (customer asks a question on a website and company replies with an answer)? I am wondering what the suggested retention length would be of the "questions and answers"? Answers are NOT legal advice but a point to a regulation or perhaps product-related.
In our case, we're in the process of converting to a different online tool and are not migrating the old data to the new. I'm just wonder from a liability standpoint if there's a requirement to keeping this data.
