<Maybe we could form an Academy of Records Managers to serve such a
purpose. Do we need it?>
After all, we already have an Institute (of Certified Records Managers)
that require continuing education/development to remain a member.  I
realize it means having to become Certified to become a member, so it
starts off at a higher level of required competency/expertise than the
RMAA appears to start.
