I first heard that from Unisys engineers about 10 years ago. Still as true today.

Subject: [RM] Quote heard at ARMA 2006

Hi all, did anyone hear the quote, "There will be a paper-less toilet
before there will be a paperless office" at ARMA 2006? If so, who gets
the credit for such a weighty quote?

Thanks, Susan Beamer, Records Manager, Schweitzer Engineering
