Thank you everyone for your feedback and suggestions.  It looks like
from what I've seen that seminars are provided through local chapters of
ARMA, but if you are a small business and don't have a records manager,
how then can you best learn about this?

ARMA Chapter Programs Chair and LexisNexis Applied Discovery. Contact
