Just a quick comment on the fly. I think the key is establishing good RIM
processes that apply to all organizational records. The tools used to
implement and run processes may change; and the processes themselves may be
modified/improved over time; but, the system will work if we continue to
apply the right people, equipment, information and money. A good system
should not be dependent on abilities, skills and knowledge of specific
personalities.
