Dear Listserv,

I am looking for statistics on the characteristics (type, size, etc.) of
organizations that have formal records management programs. I have
checked the ARMA and NARA websites and done a literature search without
much success. I am not on the Records Management listserv. If you
could suggest some resources that might have these statistics I would
appreciate it!
