Is it me or is Elite's Records Manager module as clunky and outdated (even
the newer versions) as I think it is? I have been tryingn to use the RMS and
it keeps undercutting me. I cannot sort reports the way I like, it's
difficult to impossible to select data for queries and reports, not to
mention viewing and functionailty seems like it is more for a database
designer than records staff. It makes me feel like I'm using a homegrown
Paradox database, warts and all.

Someone (who does not for for Thomson Elite) please tell me it's as good, if
not better, than LegalKey, Accutrac, FileSurf or the rest of the competition
