Terrance,
As a large US corporation, your organization might want to consider
joining the Corporate eDiscovery Forum, Fortune 200 companies discussing
all aspects of the FRCP changes, records policies, tools and other
related issues. Company representatives include general counsels and
in-house attorneys, records managers, IT and other allied disciplines.
It's a great benchmarking and information sharing opportunity for large
companies. Mock trials, depositions, and other activities with Federal
judges participating.
Contact me off list at my email address below if you want further
information. I don't think TIAA-CREF is participating although other
financial services firms are as well as manufacturers, the "oil patch",
airlines, entertainment and other industries.
