Developing a Culture of Information Management
  Paul Bauman, Tower Software
  Wednesday, December 13, 2006

Amalfi Ristorante Italiano
12307 Wilkins Avenue, Rockville, MD, 301-770-7888

Networking 6:00 PM - Dinner 6:30 PM - Presentation 7:30 PM
Program: You've selected your ECM solution ? Now what?

Your organization has finally recognized that information is a corporate asset. They understand that information is as vital to the organization's existence as financial and human assets. As the workforce ages and retires, or migrates from job to job more often than ever before, organizations no longer can put their corporate information assets and thus their future in the hands of employees who are only planning for today while the organization must go on tomorrow.

During this brief and fast moving presentation, Paul Bauman of Tower Software will discuss the key steps that must be taken to develop an Information Management Organization. He will discuss strategies and thought provoking concepts that must be considered in preparing your organization to survive under the weight of the continual glut of information. He will answer the key questions that must be addressed to ensure that your information assets are properly managed and thus can continue to support your organization as it moves forward. The questions he will address include:

Why should I develop an information management solution?
   Where do I start?
   Who needs to be involved?
What strategies for success should you consider?
When? timelines and getting quick buy-in through rapid deployment
Paul Bauman has more than eight years of experience in electronic information management. He has worked with Fortune 1000 companies as well as federal, state and local agencies to help them identify their information management needs and implement solutions. He has a strong working knowledge of organizational influences on large scale projects, techniques for building momentum to get user buy-in and strategies for driving projects forward. Paul is employed at Tower Software, a leading ECM provider, where he has worked with numerous government agencies and Corporate America clients for nearly five years.
