Hello Laura,

All of our employees sign Proprietary Information Agreements (PIAs)
that, in a nutshell, state that they will protect all information they
have access to in any corporate or customer system from disclosure to
unauthorized parties.  Further, the policy states that said
information/data will be used solely for the limited purpose of
EMPLOYEE's relevant business need.   Since ours is also a large
multi-national company, the policy is geographically neutral i.e. it
does not matter where you are, you are subject to the policy.  Enjoy
