Hey Hey Larry! I did not realize it has been 20 yrs. Happy Birthday to the
Listserve.
In my opinion it serves us quite well. I am never opposed to change but I
always want to make sure change will be significantly better and more
efficient than what went before. Change for Change's sake can create chaos and
disablement.

Guess "it depends"....
on how long you've been using the Listserv
on if it meets your needs
on if the interface is too clunky for you to work with
on if you need more than what is available for free
on if what you want exists somewhere
on if you're willing to build it if it doesn't
on if you're willing to support it
after about 20 years of using the Listserv in its existing format, at its
existing price, it works well enough for me.
