I'm interested in talking with anyone who is currently using LegalKey
for their conflict of interest analyses to find out how they incorporate
and report on parties for potential laterals and/or potential new
business for their searches.
FYI, although LegalKey rolled out a new feature with their latest 4.20
release that supposedly addresses this (they call it "pitch headers"),
the parties entered there aren't displayed or searchable with their CST
(conflict search tool), a web-based quick search application. Since the
CST is how we want to make preliminary searches available across our
firm, this poses a big problem for us.
