Hello everyone.

I am developing a functional requirements doc for records in business
systems (NOT specifically electronic records management systems).
Obviously I am not recreating the wheel here. There is a ton of
information regarding requirements for erm systems (i.e. DOD 5015,
MOREQ, etc.), but I would argue that requirements for an erm system will
be more stringent than for a "plain old" business system that IT is
putting into production. With that said, there must be some "must
haves" for any system that creates records. Can anyone point me to some
sources regarding functional requirements for business systems? Thanks
in advance.

-Ben Greene, CRM
